It’s one of the dirtier restaurants I’ve ever been to. They usually have a good lunch operation, but after 4, this is a different restaurant. The booths are *all* dirty. It smells like a sour wet mop. The food is usually pretty consistent and people are pretty. However, they really need to work on their cleanliness.

I love Willy's. Across the board they are better than their competitors. Quality, freshness, taste, etc. My only complaint is that they are always busy. I guess that's just a testament to how good they are.

This location is one of the best locations of Willy's Mexicana Grill in the city. I live in the area and we come here easily once a week.The food is always good, and I don't believe I can remember a time it was bad. Since we go every week that is pretty amazing that the food is always good. I want to give a big shout out to Dylan. This guy remembers my entire family's names when we come in and knows what we always order. This is the kind of service one would expect at a more fine dining type facility. Leslie is awesome too We have been coming to this Willy’s for years and every time we see Leslie, we smile. She is always so helpful and she remembers us each time. As for the food, it's burritos. The chips are made in house and they're great. The guacamole is made in house and is always fresh. If you're not into burritos, they've got a pretty mean nachos and other things. I usually share the nachos with my wife and my 7-yr-Old daughter gets the kids burrito. The regular burritos are HUGE, and you can choose what you want to put in them from a whole selection bar. It's fast, not very expensive, and great for the whole fam. Highly recommended, and highly recommend this location.

CRYSTAL & SHARON AT THIS LOCATION ARE AWESOME! I come in 4x a week & every time they greet me w/ big smiles & take care of me! The cheese is always fresh & the lemonade is always amazing! Would def recommend!

My coworkers and I offered $70+ worth of food via door dash. We had five bowls which all was missing cheese and the five additional side of cheese dip for our chips. My coworker called back today and spoke with the manager who explained that all the cheese dip was in the bowl and burritos. That’s not true and that insane to assume we wanted our cheese dip to be added in the bowl or burritos. I’ve tried calling back six times but I can’t reach anyone. This needs to be professionally resolved.
